Refund policy

Can I change or cancel my order?
We will process your order as soon as possible after it has been placed. Therefore, to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01237 237171 or email us at info@christmasmakery.com. We will do our best to make the changes you require but if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns procedure (please see below).

Can I return my order?
If you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return any physical item within 28 days of receipt, provided the product is returned in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at info@christmasmakery.com including your order number and the original email address that you used when checking out. If an item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please include photos of the item with your email.

Cost of returning an item?
You are responsible for the costs of returning an item, so please keep proof of postage for your own records. 

Can I exchange an item?
I'm sorry but unfortunately, we cannot exchange items on orders placed online. Please return your item by post and then once refunded, place a new order.

How will I get my refund?
Once your parcel has been received by our lovely team at Christmas Makery, it can take up to five working days to process your return. You will be notified by email has soon as your return has been processed. This can take a few days once we receive your parcel –  use the tracking provided for your chosen return method to see if we have receive the item.

Remember, it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund for the payment to appear on your bank. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 10 days of your item being received by us, please contact us on 01237 237171 Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm or email info@christmasmakery.com.

Can I return a pdf download?
PDF pattern files will be instantly received by yourself when purchased and so these cannot be returned and we cannot issue a refund for any PDF patterns purchased in error so please double check your basket before you checkout.
